I received the different flavour of whey protein than what i had ordered. I sent an email as it was sunday n attached the photo, i got the ticket number, and around 11pm i got the whatsapp msg that the product is out for delivery, i was surprised n thought they might have sent the exchange product but when i didnt get any other msg i understood its just stupid system, they also sent the msg at 2am that the product is delivered. In the morning i replied back on their whatsapp msg by selecting option for ‘talk to agent’, but no one connected back, when i myself called customer service, the executive asked me to share the images on whatsapp again, n said their backend team will investigate the matter n will provide the resolution, when..God knows, no TAT was given, their customer service, email, whatsapp, whole system is a joke, thats the last order i placed on their website.

I wish I could give them negative writing, I ordered something and receive a completely different product which I can’t even use. I gave the proof and requested a refund but instead of addressing the issue they said that the product was shipped intact.. and the refund cannot be processed and now I am without the product or my money ..worst website and the customer service .. I won’t recommend anyone to order from their site.. just pathetic

Regrettably, the product arrived contaminated.This has completely shattered my trust in the platform's inventory and quality assurance checks. Because of the nature of the issue, I have taken formal steps to resolve this, including lodging an official complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) portal and contacting the platform's Nodal and Grievance Officers. First impressions matter, and receiving an unsafe product means I will not be using this marketplace again.

I love the quality of supplements. I never get disappointed with HyugaLife.

I had a very disappointing experience with HyugaLife. I placed an order (#1002942128) for multiple products. The order was marked as completely delivered, but when I opened the package, I found two major issues: Labrada Super Mass Gainer 3kg – Chocolate Ice Cream was shown as delivered in the delivery confirmation but was missing from the package. Instead of one of the products I ordered, I received MuscleBlaze Fish Oil 1000 mg, which I had never ordered. I contacted HyugaLife customer support and provided the required details. They then asked me to provide photographs of all the items received, which I have also submitted. My main concern is that the order was marked as successfully delivered even though one product was missing and another product was incorrect. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and required multiple emails and evidence just to resolve a basic order fulfillment issue. I am currently waiting for HyugaLife to properly resolve the matter by sending the missing product and replacing the incorrect one.

I will not suggest anyone to order product from this Website, I ordered a EAA from this website and firstly, i didn't get any scoop in it, secondly, after 15 days, I got a insect inside my EAA and when i raised complaint on mail, they were like discard the product away, like what is going on man

No one is there to update me on my order status, It has been moved from my city Hapur to Meerut now , I don't know what is happening but one thing is for sure, you guys do not care about customer service and customer requirement, it's been 2 Days and you are not able to identify the root cause which is delayed my order and unable to track where it is , then how come you will help me

I ordered Superyou yeast protein from hyuga and tried to review it there. Surprisingly my review wasn't posted as it was a negative one.
