I was referred to Bonnie by another client who absolutely swore by her talent, and I’m so grateful I took her recommendation. I originally started seeing Bonnie for motivation and anxiety, but after just a few sessions, I noticed such a drastic and positive shift that I continued working with her to address depression, addictive tendencies, and sleep issues as well. From the very first session, Bonnie made me feel incredibly safe, comfortable, and welcomed. She has such a warm and calming presence, and I always felt like she genuinely cared about what I was going through. She consistently made time for me and created an environment where I could be completely open and honest without ever feeling judged. I’m a firm believer in the connection between the mind, body, and soul, and Bonnie really reaffirmed that belief for me. The changes I experienced didn’t just stay within the sessions. I began noticing positive changes in my home life, social life, mindset, and even my work environment. I felt more motivated, more grounded, and better equipped to handle things that had previously felt overwhelming. What impressed me most was how quickly I began to feel a shift in such a positive direction. Hypnotherapy with Bonnie has been an incredibly meaningful part of my journey, and I’m genuinely grateful for the impact she has had on my life. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bonnie to anyone who is looking for someone compassionate, intuitive, and truly dedicated to helping people create positive change.

I met Bonnie by chance at my job and it was kismet that she brought up her line of work as I had been wanting to explore non-traditional options in therapy. I’d never been privy to Hypno-therapy but did a lot of my own research before booking an appointment with her and was quite pleased with the nature of the process. After one session with Bonnie I could really tell a difference in my mental health My ability to be present, make decisions, remain neutral and calm when faced with challenges, and feel empathy in place of anger had never felt so repaired. The work she does is life changing and I would suggest it for anyone who wants to rewire their brain ! Especially for those like me who are incredibly meta cognitive and struggle to see results in typical talk therapy. Forever grateful I ran into her!

For anyone considering hypnotherapy, you’ve landed in the right spot with Bonnie. She has a unique ability to create a calm, trusting space where your mind can truly relax and open up. Her expertise helped me work through some deeply rooted stress and emotional blocks on my path to starting a family. I’m genuinely grateful for the impact she had on my life, and for the way she helped me reconnect with my own inner strength and peace. Hypnotherapy with Bonnie is reassuring, grounding, and gently transformative.

I had an amazing and very grounding experience at Beautiful Mind Hypnotherapy. I was at a time in life where my anxiety had reached a peak and I was seeking tools and resources that supported me. Working with Bonnie brought a sense of calm that permeated outside of just the experience and helped me find peace in the everyday.

Grateful for learning new ways to cope with feelings of anxiety and being overwhelmed. Bonnie does a great job of making you feel comfortable to open up and feel secure with sharing feelings that can be hard to be open about. It felt really great to feel relaxed and more confident after each session.
