I have owned HyperX headsets since I first started PC gaming and have been thoroughly impressed by their quality and resilience. I recently decided to upgrade to a newer model headset, the Cloud Flight 2. Unfortunately, while I was moving into my new house I misplaced the dongle used for 2.5hz connectivity, and couldn't use Bluetooth as my adapter doesn't work well. Distraught, I reached out to HyperX support to see if I could purchase a new dongle since they are specifically paired to each headset and I couldn't find any online. I spoke with a very nice representative over the phone and forwarded me an email thread requesting some more information from me. I submitted the info, and, after not hearing anything for a little while, received a package from HyperX containing a new dongle, completely free of charge. These are little things you don't see from large companies anymore that really matter to the consumer. The professionalism, care, and high quality products make me extremely likely to recommend HyperX to anyone. Thank you guys!!

Bought a pair of headphones they started to lose the cover after a week if usage, bought a solocast only for it not working, don't trust anything from this brand, 5€ stuff from the Chinese stores last longer with the same quality

I am absolutely appalled at HyperX customer service. It is largely system and process limitations rather than a people issue. It took me 1 hr 30 mins to try and resolve a simple product issue - a volume wheel on a headset that has stopped working. I have been cut off multiple times because their chat times out after a few minutes of inactivity which could be the agent taking time to reply and even then it cuts you off. You then have to start again, because it doesn't take your contact details till the very end and it doesn't save the chat in any way. You're asked to provide so many different forms of proof, one of which was extremely difficult to do - how on earth are you meant to show a volume wheel spinning, but not altering the volume?! And you have to do this with the headset fully in the video. So this takes time, so once again the session timed out and I had to start again. They ask you for so many different types of files - invoice, video, photos and yet the chat function doesn't support attaching files... yep, seriously. So you have to find somewhere to upload it to and then share it via a link. Such an annoying and frustrating experience. It would be so much easier if the chat bot told you to get all that stuff ready, before you enter a chat. You don't even need to speak to an agent to be fair... all they do is then send it to another department for review!

I never write reviews, this is literally my first, but HyperX has the WORST support I have ever seen. I received a defective pair of headphones and I first attempted troubleshooting with an agent who was incredibly rude to me and acted like I was stupid for not understanding everything. I then spoke to another agent about returning, and it was a whole battle just for them to give me a label. And then another agent told me that I couldn't return through them since I purchased on TikTok even though the previous agent gave me a label, so I tried speaking to one more agent just to confirm if I could or not since I was told two different things, and they were ALSO incredibly rude about it and made a comment on how I'm "in and out" of their chats... like yeah?? Because you guys keep giving me different information?? I was planning to purchase a better pair from them after returning, but because of their god awful support, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have never seen such rude customer service.

Absolute pain to speak to anyone, customer services is via email only and its hit and miss whether they will answer your question or you have to ask again, so to get a problem resolved took almost a week of back and forth and many chasing emails. In the end I had to threaten a chargeback to get a response and a refund. Would never ever buy from again even if they were 50% cheaper than everywhere else.

I had an SSD which had been used as camera storage only twice. It developed a fault and became useless. This was an expensive purchase! Warranty turns out to be 3 years! Doesn't reflect confidence in a product that holds crucial data. No luck in getting a replacement,

High quality products and with better price than other similar companies. Got their keyboard "HyperX Alloy Origins" and it's an amazing keyboard. Got their headset and SSD and I can't say anything bad about them either. Definitely one of the great gaming companies out there. Highly recommended.
