Bought 2 sonic x pro electric toothbrushes end of July 2019. Less than 90 days of use one of the toothbrushes stopped working would not hold a charge. Contacted customer support who said you only have 30 day return on it. In the box there is a warranty doc saying 1 years warranty on brush. Contacted them again and they said unless you took out warranty at point of purchase no refund or replacement. Paid €47 per tooth brush What a shoddy company anyone else would do a replacement for faulty goods. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Bought a Watch from them some time back. Failed after 2 Weeks. Replaced the Battery in a High end Jewellery Shop. Failed again. Sent many request asking for replacement under Warranty. All they were interested in was to take snap Shots of Face, sent them note saying there is only a blank Screen. They did nothing " Useless Seller" They can not stand over faulty product. GW
