Very expensive product and has a very bad warranty policy. The company doesn't offer a shipping label to claim the warranty. I would not recommend the product to anyone.

Very poor customer service - they don't pick up or reply the emails. Products are way high priced and quality is below par..

I have purchased their product on indiegogo, I am waiting more than year for delivery.. Package was probably lost somewhere, I have filed ticket,, ticket was escalated.. but no response, I am trying to call them on phone.. I am waiting almost hour.. no response.. Very bad experience.. I aam regretting my support for this brand..

DO BUY FROM HERE. I bought items that I did not like and returned them immediately however it’s been almost 2 months now and I have not received my refund and I am still fighting them and sending emails to return my money. Do not buy from here no matter what!!!!

How do I get my money back ?

The only way that this company will be held accountable is with a class-action suit, or being shut off by regulators. It's a shop out of China, making faulty products. Their QC would have easily noticed the defects.

I think this company is a scam and the fraud department needs to look into this. This company sells fake and spoilt products to people and they always refuse to refund, I wish I had saw the reviews before purchasing from them.. they are mid day robbers . Don’t buy from them .. the company is not real .. they sold me fake juicy couture tracksuits for huge amount of money and refuse to refund me.. it’s took the whole of 2months before the item arrived. I got it 2days ago and it was yurk…I am going to fight them legally for my refunds.

What others saying are 100% truth. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought 140W charger recently and received dead on arrival, faulty product. They insist me to send the faulty item back. Problem is the shipping from SG to US would cost me ~$70. I’d rather buy a brand new charger with it. The customer support is horrible and rude too.
