HORRIBLE PRODUCT and SERVICE - BUT they finally remedied situation
They say there is a refund/replacement for defective products They will not respond to emails They say their cases are leather - they are plastic and cardboard. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND THEIR RESPONSE below TO THIS IS A JOKE - I've literally emailed them with this information multiple times and they don't respond UPDATE - Thanks to Trust Pilot - they responded and send me a replacement case so I updated their stars to 3. I hope that in the future they are better to respond to customers bc the cases are truly cute - they just don't hold up well.

Thank you for your feedback. It appears there may have been an error or misunderstanding. If you've received a defective item, we're more than happy to replace it or provide a refund. Please send us an email with your order number so we can track it. Additionally, our cases are made of FAUX leather, not plastic. The soft plastic part is on the inside, while the exterior is FAUX leather.
