The best service around! Had a few questions about my order and they replied immediately and help settle my questions.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered something at the beginning of April and they said a few days later it shipped. Was supposed to be delivered April 12 but shipping tracking number stopped tracking the item on April 12 and was no longer able to find the item. I complained and the company said the product was lost in transit. No refund offered no shipping me another product. Just kept my money with no merchandise ever received! Don’t order from here!! It’s a scam!!

Super disappointed! I bought a gift from Hype and Vice. I emailed the company before I placed the order to confirm that there would be no receipt in the gift. I was told to send them an email as soon as I placed the order with the order number and they would make sure it was taken card of. I did just that and then later the following night I recieved an email apologizing that they did not get my email in time and were not able to

I emailed them letting them know that I wanted to cancel because it was taking forever to respond. They then told me that it was after 24 hours when it took them forever to respond. I’m not getting my stuff until three weeks later. It is definitely false advertising whenever they said it would be 2 to 5 business days is when I would get it. I won’t be ordering from here again and I will definitely be ordering from fanatics or somewhere else that is more reliable because this was not reliable at all nor did they care when I asked them to expedite it and I’d pay for it.

Do not buy or support this company. Quality of clothing is junk & so is their customer service. Spend your money elsewhere. I wish I had.
