HyGuru USMLE PrepReviews of hyguru.com

Fantastic program. If your looking for structure in your Step 1 preparation I would most definitely recommend this. Through the focus body systems while integrating other related topics you are able to review all of the high yield topics for each of the organ systems and test your knowledge with the corresponding UWORLD questions. Im incredibly happy with this program and will most definitely be using Dr. Rahul's resources again for Step 2

Dr. Damania is a great tutor! He guides you in the right path in preparation for Step 1! He takes the time to listen to you and prepares a study plan according to what you need! He’s available to answer any questions and helps you get to your goals! His resources are really good and cover the high yield concepts that show up on Step.

As an International Medical Graduate (IMG), I am thrilled to have scored a 274 on my first attempt at the USMLE Step 2 CK, placing me in the 99th percentile across the entire US. This life-changing result would not have been possible without Dr. Rahul Damania and his incredible HY Guru Youtube Videos. He has a unique gift for simplifying complex topics and seamlessly integrating high-yield UWorld and NBME concepts, truly teaching you to "think like the test-maker." His videos are masterclasses in clinical reasoning. Beyond the exceptional content, it was Dr. Damania's infectious energy, inspirational stories, and powerful quotes that kept me motivated. He doesn't just prepare you for an exam; he inspires you to be a better physician. I wholeheartedly recommend HY Guru to any medical student, especially fellow IMGs, looking for a comprehensive, engaging, and highly effective USMLE prep. Thank you doc, for helping me achieve my dream.

Dr. Damania's HYGURU Step 1 pass fail course raised my NBME score by 10 points within weeks. This was the most valuable part of my preparation and I have used all of the major resources over the years. In my opinion, his teaching style as an intensivist took away the need for resources like Anki because the spaced repetition of the highest yield content keeps the most important concepts fresh throughout the entirety of the course. Dr. Damania also gave me personal advice and helped me with my schedule structure because my situation with dedicated was unique. If I were to approach the USMLE again, I would use HYGURU as my main content source and do correlated Uworld questions. I received a passing score largely due to the help of HyGURU pass fail and the help of Dr. Damania. I can't recommend it enough.

Dr.Rahul is amazing! his video lectures and resources are extremely helpful. I love how he not only teaches medical information but also emphasizes on what points to look out for in the long questions, to help us attempt the questions quicker. He simplifies complex concepts and his strategies are a game changer for effective learning. Thank you so very much !!!

The NBME review session was awesome. Dr Rahul covered the whole internal medicine section so well. It helped me to figure it out the high yield topic. Thank you so much.

I attended Dr. Damania's Step II CK Internal Medicine review, which impressively covered a broad spread of topics in just two hours. I loved how he integrated radiology, pathophysiology, and similarly presenting treatments throughout the presentation and kept us engaged!

I am deeply grateful to have learned from a doctor whose dedication and passion for teaching truly stand out. His commitment to his students goes beyond sharing medical knowledge—he inspires, motivates, and genuinely cares about our growth and success. His ability to explain complex concepts with clarity and patience is a true gift, and his enthusiasm makes every lesson engaging and meaningful. It's rare to find a teacher who not only educates but also uplifts. Thank you for being such a remarkable mentor and role model.
