Great product, terrible customer service.
The correct Hygieia product I used was actually very good, which makes this experience especially frustrating. My recent order arrived with the wrong item, and despite multiple attempts to reach customer service by email and phone, I have not received a response. I’d be happy to resolve this directly, but so far the company has been unreachable. Good product, very poor customer service/order fulfillment.
