We expressed our concerns to you about ensuring proper completion before an anticipated rain event, particularly as half of the 4,000 sq/ft (combined between your property and your neighbor's) was inadequately prepared. Despite the suboptimal conditions, you granted permission to proceed, citing time constraints as you needed to leave town the following day. Even though some areas, including parts of your yard and the entire 2,000 sqft from your neighbor, had compacted soil, we moved forward with the hydroseeding. The initial results, as depicted in the photos you shared, were remarkable, showing germination within a few weeks. It's important to note that we don't guarantee hydroseeding results due to various environmental factors, as outlined in the contract you signed after a thorough review. Additionally, we would like to address the timing of your complaint, which came just before the holidays. We had been on break for the past two weeks, and your follow-up was already scheduled.
