I asked to return the product, after a serious trial, and within the return period "guaranteed" and got this: "Thank you for getting back to us and I understand. We can assist you with a return, however, the shipping costs may be high due to the weight of the package & distance, and they’re the responsibility of the customer; I spoke to my manager earlier and we came up with a few options that might be more beneficial for you. We, as a company, will be at a loss on this order either way, so here’s what we could do to make things easier for you: We’re happy to let you keep the item (maybe it comes in handy one day, maybe it can be gifted), to help you avoid paying the hefty shipping fees, and we’ll still instantly refund you 20% of what you paid. That may end up being a little more than what you’d be left with if you were to pay a return fee, so I think this would be a lot cheaper. We’ll take the loss, no problem. Your happiness = our goal. Alternatively, you can get a different, new item for free from hydrohbottle.com. That means you still won’t have to pay for return fees, and on top of that, you get a product for free. If the new item is more expensive than your current one, you only need to pay the difference. Take a look at our store and let us know what item you’d like! I’m trying to make sure I don’t let you go with the least beneficial option for you, which in this case would be the return." BS - dishonest. misleading. false advertising. Never had I have this sort of response to a legit, "authorized" attempt to review a product. They never mentioned, but I would be required to pay the shipping fees for the return. Of course the shipping fees go to Germany. Which makes it cost prohibitive. There is much misinformation in their advertisement.

Total scam!!! Stay away from this company,if you don’t want to lose your money!!

Total scam. Package arrived but the packaging was a disgrace. No instructions, no return directions despite all the claims in their website. No disclosure of where manufactured, doesn't do anything to the water. This should be shut-down and the people behind it charged.

company and its bottles are BS, stay away. 3 times they ''tried'' to send this, 3 times didn't arrive, customer service is crap and weeks before getting a response. ordered in September, its now November, no bottles, no refund.

I have had an absolute nightmare with the company. Both bottles arrived faulty contacted the company. They would not refund, just offered replacements which I did not want. After numerous emails back n forth they gave me an address to send back to. I sent this as advised recorded and to sign for as wanted to make sure I got my £88.07 refunded. They refused the parcel now not answering my emails. I would not reccomend any dealings with this company, absolutely fuming and £108 down including the postage, diabolical treatment wish I had never heard of them.

Owned this for 2 weeks. Already won't charge. Instructions are terrible and provide almost no instruction. Very disappointed with this product.

Do not use this company. I ordered a second bottle which leaked like the first one did. They will not issue refunds or offer a warranty.
