I ordered 3 hydro bottles on the 18th of Dec and their ad said they would be shipped in three days. It’s now Jan 7th and still no bottles. I contacted their support which seems to be a different company altogether and their explanation was they were out of bottles and were waiting on a shipment to come in. I responded to support to just cancel my order I no longer needed the bottles they were supposed to to be gifts. A few days after Christmas I would have been ok with but like I said I still do not have the bottles I paid for. Support emailed me back and refused. Said they couldn’t refund my money or cancel my order. They have a money back guarantee which was why I chose their product. Now I realize I should not have chosen this company to purchase from. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They kept running their ads on Facebook and continue to do so knowing they have no product at this time to sell. Right now I am out the money they retrieved from my bank account.

Ordered December 22nd says 1-3 business days . Sent several emails no contact number. Poor customer service service so far not sure about product. No tracking number but has a tracking feature. WTF $200!

Ordered, never received. Tried to cancel before shipping, but they've given me the run-around since. I'm disputing with my credit card company. Shame on you, Orvito LLC and Hydroh Bottle.

I purchased 8 hydroh bottles in the month of Dec. 2024 along with the sip caps and foam sleeves. My plan was to give 6 away as Christmas Gifts and keep two for myself. The first one I used worked for about a week then it would turn red. So I notified the company via email and went ahead and opened the 2nd one. Virtually the same issue as the first but it turned green rather than correct blue. I again contacted the manufacturer. When my first one was delivered it didn’t include the sip lid or sleeve. I also reported those issues. All I ever received were a few replies saying they are working on the issues. Some time last week I got a reply ordering me to take and send them videos. Bu this point I gave up and stuck with 3 that don’t work an no idea about those for gifts. BE CLEAR, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS AND ALSO THE SLEEVES TO PROTECT AND INSULATE THE BOTTLES DON’T HAVE A HOLE TO CHARGE OR EVEN TURN IT ON. Complete pieces if crap!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Stay as far away from this company as you can. I ordered an order on 12/4. I still have not received it as of 12/27. Emailed once and got a BS generic response. I emailed again saying I just wanted to cancel the order and get a refund and got offered a $15 gift card. The third time I emailed them I have not been responded to. I spent $300. I should have came here first because the “shop” site didn’t show the company reviews until after you had already purchased.

This place is a scam!! Do NOT order. They took my money and did not send the package. DO NOT ORDER from this place. I am out almost $200.

Ordered Dec. 6 with $18 'Express Insured 5-7 Day shipping.' Still hasn't even been shipped. Was an xmas present. I would not recommend ordering from them.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. Total SCAM. They sold without stock to send Black Friday / Cyber Monday. I ordered 19 days ago for a Christmas present. Every email was a form email. Requested a manager / supervisor contact me - no response. Requested to cancel order since they STILL can not give an expected date they will actually have stock, got the same canned response as the other 3 inquiries. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Commented on there Facebook ads STILL SELLING WITHOUT PRODUCT TO SHIP - they blocked me from warning anyone. Complete trash company.
