Do NOT go near this company Customer service is shocking My items did not arrive and they just stopped answering my emails I am down £180 Scam

My Hydroh bottle arrived and I started using it. The first day it worked very good. The second day it did not work. I contacted the customer support and was told that I could return it to Germany and the cost would be on me. I asked for a full credit back to my card 3 times. The first time I asked, I was told that I could have a 50% refund. Then I reminded them that the web site said 90 day money back guarantee. After 2 more emails I have been offered a 70% refund. Bottom line from me is DO NOT ORDER A HYDROH BOTTLE!

Shipping was a nightmare

I’ve had my bottle roughly 6 months and took great care of it and airing it between uses. An element at the bottom of the bottle inside has gone rusty, therefore unable to use now as not healthy to drink water with rust in. I contacted customer services their replies where slow and unhealthy even though my bottle is still within their no quibble return policy. I was told just told what to do and what not to do with the bottle. All the things I have or not with it already. This was an expensive purchase for me and very disappointed.

I'd help you with a full refund immediately, for that we'd need you to ship the order back to our warehouse in Gottlieb-Daimler-Straße 10, 34123 Kassel, Germany. I'd also suggest using a trackable service because, although it's a bit more expensive, it'll help you dispute lost packages with the carrier, which happens sometimes, unfortunately. The reason why I suggested a partial refund is because returning the item would likely cost about as much as, or more than, you paid for it in the first place, so you'd basically end up with a loss. I spoke to my manager earlier and he allowed me to offer you a 25% percent refund which I can process instantly, as an exception, but that's the best we can do. SCAM COMPANY - BEWARE! I ordered two bottles over Christmas, and they still haven’t arrived. I emailed to request a refund, and they responded by saying there was a backlog. Shortly after, I received a dispatch notice, but even 10 days later, there’s still no delivery. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I’ve requested a refund multiple times, but they continue to ignore my messages. £120 wasted. This is online shopping at its worst. I’ll never buy from sponsored ads again!
