I had ordered my Hydrohbottle some time back and had no problems with the shipping of the Bottle but recently my Bottle started acting up so I contacted customer service and explained what I was experiencing and customer service took care of me in short order. I received my new Hydrohbottle and it's working great. Thank you Hydrohbottle for your prompt and responsive service.

I’m 90 years old and have been using Hydrohbottle products for several months now. The benefits of hydrogenated water were great. Within two weeks my range of motion in my neck was noticeable and the pain was significantly reduced. I sleep better and have more energy. Recently I had a problem with one of my bottles charging, now l’m worried about their customer service. Absolutely not necessary, I contacted them and they immediately responded and told me what to do to attempt to fix it. When it didn’t work they didn’t hesitate to replace the malfunctioning bottle.
