Up date 8th of July Below was my experience as I ordered. It took a little time however my pro bottle is on its way, the tracking says its in London so not long before its delivered.. and I cant wait. Customer services have been fantastic with me and are sending me a gift. 100% happy Customer. Will give a review once I have used the bottle for several months. Thank you Customer services Recived an email instantly after ordering saying (There is an issue with your address which prevents us sending it to you.) I sent an email straight back with clear instructions there is no issue with my address and confirming my address again... I have sent several other emails confirming my address and asking if my order has been processed, asking if they need a alternative address!!! Frustrating no replies at all..SO HYDROH You sent me an email stating There is an issue with your address which prevents us sending it to you. YOU have my money but can't be bothered to reply to me... very stressful this is a birthday present... I wish I took notice of the other reviews on here.... my bank will pull the money back so I won't get scammed if this is what they are doing to people!!! Be warned people!!!

When washing the glass bottle before use, the silicone seal came off and when trying to put it back on the bottle slipped out of my hands and smashed to pieces. I contacted Hydrohbottle and very kindly are sending me a replacement.

Hydroh bottle is a brilliant product - it gives tap water a lovely smooth taste and it's great for helping with fatigue and inflammation.Customer service is very good and sort out any problem very quickly.

I had bought 2 bottles and 1 had quite working this company stands by there product and shipped me a replacement. That spoke volumes to me ive been using the 1 bottle and like the affects I think if I used more than what I do I'd feel better

I never write reviews or answer most surveys, but I must commend your customer service! Awesome job. They replace my broken jug with a brand new one including generator. I didn't need a new generator, but they sent a complete new jug. Outstanding customer service, which is rare these days. Thank you!

I bought two Hydroh bottles. One for myself and one for my daughter. One bottle didn't work the right way. Meliska in Hydro's Customer Care dept. worked with me to resolve the issue. I am feeling good using my Hydroh Bottle. Thank you Meliska for your excellent service and professionalism.

I received my Hydro water bottle and being a typical man pulled out the on/off rubber cap thinking it was the charging point. I got in touch with Hydroh and asked if it could be repaired to which they said no but worry we will send you a new on free of charge. Best customer service I have had and what a kind gesture from Meliska I dealt with. Great product not cheap but good, thank you so much Meliska and Hydroh.
