Sometimes things get damaged in shipping. This was my first experience. HOWEVER; the great news is, it was replaced and it is a FABULOUS bottle.

I’ve been using may water bottle quite a bit and I have to say my energy levels are much higher, my body just feels better on my day to day. I unfortunately shattered mine on my warehouse floor, but their customer service were extremely helpful in getting me a replacement one. When I received my Hydro Bottle I was impressed with the construction of the device. After a few days I began to notice a difference in my skin condition. Next I started to charge it twice but no more since that was their guidance. My sleep starting improving since I wasn't for more then five years getting a good night sleep. I could slowly feel my energy body changing and removing inflammation which is key to healing the body of all sickness.
