I bought my Hydroh off of Amazon. The box was alittle damaged but my bottle was fine. When I removed the plug there was some water but I rinsed everything and it works fine. Don't over fill the bottle or it won't work right. Im feeling better. It's working for me. Im 55 so anything helps. I also gargle Hydrogen Peroxide for my teeth. Game changer. Im happy with my purchase. Thank you Hydroh. 🙂

The water bottle was slow to arrive but the company kept me informed on whay and they responded to questions immediately , one thing i'd like to know is how many litres a day should drink

Review update: Hydro Bottle reached out to me on the same day I submitted my original review. I want to emphasize their commitment to addressing my concern without shifting blame. They exceeded my expectations by offering a solution that suited my needs. I truly appreciated their prompt response, along with the thorough explanation and heartfelt apology regarding my experience. ******************************************************************** I regret not becoming aware of the poor customer service reviews prior to placing my order. I received the order and when I opened the bottle and removed the plug from the hydro cap, as instructed, water poured out. This was disturbing and made me think that this was a previously used bottle. I did not want to use it. I immediately made contact with customer service through email (the only way to make contact) and clearly described the issue and asked to return and refund. I heard nothing for over 24hrs so I sent a follow-up request again, requesting return and refund. I received a response the next day asking for a video of the issue so that it can be evaluated. I sent a response explaining that a video will not demonstrate the issue and again, explained the straight forward issue, requesting a return and refund. I provided a picture of the plug on the cap. I stated that I have been made aware of the difficulties other customers have had with service and that I did not want to engage in back and forth communication when my issue is clearly described and my request for resolution is to return for a full refund. I believe their customer service correspondence is managed by an AI service provider. This would explain the repeated responses and repetitive inquiries. It’s likely there are an inadequate number of “people” to efficiently and effectively manage service requests. I am not opposed to AI but when it is used in a manner that is so inefficient and puts more on the customer, it is not acceptable. Perhaps the goal is to wear out the customer to the point they will give up. That won’t happen with me. This company clearly advertises a warranty, even without explanation. They are in violation of this. My next step will not be through them. I will go to my credit card company revealing the steps I took and dispute the charge if I do not hear back from them with a return authorization and full refund.

I got 2 bottles, came a bit late but that’s ok They seem solid and I use them several times a day.Battery seems to last.There are lots of bubbles so it works.How much hydrogen ? Don’t know. Pleased so far. What really makes me angry are all the negative reviews ! Some seem to be untrue.Its confusing for people to sort out.Its so wrong to post dishonest reviews.

I received my bottle on July 22nd and have used it for 3 days so far. I have arthritis in my hands and other parts of my body and have been taking other things to try to help. I actually stopped my latest treatment and have actually noticed less pain and more ease of movement so far. I am interested to see how much more improvement I see. I also contacted customer support with a couple of questions, and they got back to me quickly with useful information. So far I am pleased with what I have noticed.

We received our bottles last week, right before a physical move of our home and 100 degree plus heat. I found a number of water bottles per day assisted me with the ordeal of moving. Wife loved it too! Customer satisfaction was exceptional! Thank you d so I much.
