I love my Hydroh Hydrogen Water jug and bottle! I purchased it because of the potential health benefits that it offers. I purchased the water jug and got a water bottle free. I'd had the bottle for about a month, and wouldn't you know it, I broke it. After I washed it, it slipped from my hand. I believed that a loss caused by myself wouldn't be covered by a warranty, but I inquired about it anyway. The next day, I receive a very nice email from Amelia in Customer Support, advising me that my issue did fall outside the scope of their warranty policy. However!! They were sending me a replacement, as a gesture of goodwill! How awesome is that!!? That is so awesome, to have a company that was concerned enough to ensure that I was satisfied; a company where customer service mattered; a company that goes the extra mile to satisfy their customer, although they didn't have to. I’ve been a fan of Hydroh since purchasing my first water bottle about a year ago. I have since purchased additional water bottles, and also their water jug. All products work great, with a noticeable difference compared to regular water. A friend of mine purchased a similar product on Amazon, but it pales in comparison to my Hydroh. You can visually see how much more powerful the hydrogen generator is with the Hydroh product, but you can also hear and feel the pressure releasing when opening the Hydroh products after charging. That is not the case with other hydrogen generators I’ve encountered. I recently had an issue with one of my products and the customer service was AMAZING. Hydroh e-mailed me back almost immediately, where they very professionally apologized for the issue I was having and offered to send me a replacement. Shortly thereafter I received an e-mail confirmation stating that my replacement had shipped, at no additional cost to me. I have never experienced better customer service from any company. Not only am I a fan of Hydroh products, but I am now also a huge fan of the Hydroh company. I highly recommend Hydroh!

Ordered 2 hydrohbottle"s. I truly love antiflammation benefits, can tell ater only 3 days it is working for sciatic. Had a problems with 1 of the bottles leaking and they immediately sent a replacement after I sent a short video. Super product and great customer service.

Company's Customer Services are outstanding, they solved my issue extremely quick. I received my replacement and works great

I recently brought two hydrogen water bottles and two lids. One of the lids developed a fault and within a short time of reporting the issue, I received a response and an immediate agreement to replace. As far as customer service is concerned it has been a great experience and hopefully the water bottles will assist with our healthy lifestyle endeavours.

This company is amazing. I had been using my Hydrohbote for approximately 2 months when my bottle stopped working. I emailed customer support and received a reply within 48 hours. They replied back and asked a few questions and then came back and stated they would send me a new one. WoW shame that all companies are not like this. Thanks so much

I had some issues when I first received my Hydroh Bottle. I wasn’t sure why there was water in the bottom. I was kind of cranky about it…lol! I emailed support and they clarified why the water is there, which makes sense! I had other questions about the types of bottles and how they work, support was quick to respond again. This made me feel like they definitely care about their customers! I’m really liking how the water tastes. The lights in the bottle are a really nice touch!

I already ordered 2 bottles for myself and my boyfriend and we are very happy with the results of our kidneys test. I had a reduced kidney function and my bf has a full CKD and since drinking the Hydroh water the numbers are up so it has made a difference. I am going to order more and my 2 friends already ordered after tasting my bottle water. The customer service staff are attentive and helpful.
