I Recieved my bottle a couple days ago .There was water in the bottom but when I enquired to customer service via email.they were quick to respond . I was told it was normal .So I cleaned the bottle as instructed.Today is the first day I have used it .I like it its quick and easy which I love as I ha e a busy life.love it .I ha e had people ask me about it and they were intrigued. Love it although I have not been using it long . I feel like I want to drink more water than I have in the past. For me thats a win. I also like the the fact you are not restricted to the type of water to use in the bottle . I also order the pitcher with another bottle so I can just keep going. Love it and highly recommend the hydroh bottle.

We purchased two bottles. My husband is now drinking 5-6 bottles per day where as he was barely drinking one bottle of water per day before this purchase.,we both feel more energized and joints do not ache as much. Love the product

So far the Hydroh seems to be having an impact. My knee is no longer clicking. If nothing else this bottle encourages me to drink more water. I have to also commend Hydroh’s support group. Their customer service is outstanding so if you have any issue at all don’t hesitate to reach out to them.

I like the bottle I bought it to help me with hydration and inflammation I want a large of prednisone I need to stay hydrated. I had the bottle for 4 days and during we getting it ready for a drink it broke from the base. I got in contact with customer service by email immediately they wrote me back asking me to send some pictures and see what they can help me with. I have to send in photos I received the email saying that they would replace the bottle for me I was so excited. I have purchased two bottles and have already gifted the second one to my sister which she has a lot of nerve pain and I was hoping that this water will give her some type of relief so she is excited using it she's only on her first week. After using this product for 4 days I was told by some people that by face look hydrated I have been sick someone's prior so these people see me on a regular basis. I'm looking forward to continue using this and with the help and guaranteed of 90 days you can't go wrong is an investment into my self-care. I will say go ahead and take the leap do something for yourself best going to help you. But I am really grateful for the help from customer service I'll be back later and tell you how everything go after the 90 days thank you! 😁

This review is in regards to the HydroH customer service team. My order has not been received yet, but there was an initial problem with the actual order. The customer service team was fast to intervene and rectify the problem in a timely manner. I will write a review of the actual HydroH bottle in the near future, but at this time the HydroH customer service team is excellent.

My original bottle came with a slight flaw, a small discoloration in the product. I contacted customer service, provided photographic evidence and they promptly sent a replacement bottle. I am very please with their level of customer service. I will definitely be placing another order for another bottle and accessories my next paycheck. The bottle absolutely works as advertised!

Day 3 of drinking feel better and constipation reduced as well as weight. Water is addictive very good drink all day long instead of green tea. Thank you very much.

I placed my order,I got my bottles in a fair amount of time, now I drink more water,my back and hip seams to be a little better time will tell, I love my bottle. Thanks and keep up the good work!
