We had two bottles that wouldn’t charge correctly. I reached out and they sent us two replacement bottles. I had a few questions that were promptly answered by customer service. Haven’t had them long enough to give a review on how we are feeling but the bottles work great and customer service is great!!

Customer service was GREAT! Ordered 2 bottles but, upon arrival, one was chipped and couldn’t hold a seal. Contacted Customer Service and new bottle is on the way. Super impressed with both the help received and with the product. Highly recommend! Stef Ellis

Quality product at a very reasonable price. Use it every day. Customer assistance is excellent (thanks again Meliska!). Response time by email was less than 24hrs. (I lost my charger chord and they offered to refund the charger cost. Above and beyond!)

Recently had the bad luck of dropping my Hydrobottle and breaking the glass. Checked with company to order a replacement for it, was advised parts were unavailable. So they graciously told me, would just sent me a complete replacement. No charge. +++

The company went out of their way with several e-mails back and forth to help me understand how the system works and how to test the water after its generated. They replaced one unit that was a gift to my daughter with no questions asked. The issue wasn't the bottles faut, it was my daughters understanding of the unit. Company is very helpful in every way.

Great Product/Great Customer Service. I am loving my Hydroh bottle. I find it hard to stay hydrated and this is making a difference. I am hoping within the 90 days to feel it in my joints. However, I ordered two at once and almost immediately my cat decided to swipe one off of the table to shatter on the floor before I was even able to use it. I contacted customer service to see if I could purchase just another glass body portion but that was not an option, and the glass was not covered under warranty. To my amazement and joy, they decided to send me a brand-new bottle at no cost. I am very impressed not only with the product but with a level of customer service we don't see much anymore. Great company. I will be sharing with friends.
