Had an issue with my order as it arrived damaged. Reached out to Hydroh and they promptly sent me a replacement order. Great experience so far. I am excited to use my bottle.

I needed a new seal for my jug. The support team have been on top of the situation from the get-go. They have been patient and understanding and most importantly, determined to act on the solution. That is what it is all about.

Legit company !!! I loved working with them

We received our bottles and so far so good. They charged up good. Water has some bubbles not a whole lot. It only been a couple of days I drink lots of water I'm looking forward to seeing results. Thinking of purchasing the other one for in case of company comes over.

My bottle came in great shape. This happens to be my second bottle. My first one was not from Hydrohbottle but from another company. But these two bottle in comparison this bottle is the best. I started to see more of a difference, the first couple days. I have stage 3 kidney disease so i know without guessing. Now to see how my numbers has changed on my next doctor's appointment.

Superb customer service. The bottle is of good quality and consistent fresh clean taste.
