I was very pleased witht the prompt service and the caring attitude taken by Amelia in the Support staff. I offered some pointers that new users would ask and it was well received. I had a concern about the output of my bottle and asked if a replacement could be arranged. Without hesitation and with concern the customer service gladly offered a replacement. I am looking forward to being a part of the "Hydroh" family and use the product for many years to come!!

There was an issue with my order that was not the fault of Hydroh. I contacted Hydroh Customer Service asking for options. The initial confirmation of my request and followup Customer Service responses were very timely. Hydro’s actions fully addressed my issue. On the basis of my first order and experience I will definitely recommend Hydroh to anyone considering their products.

The Hydroh has significantly helped, in my opinion, my kidneys function better. The company has helped me in a tight situation. I don't particularly like water but it seems the taste is a lot better from the Hydroh bottle. The bottle was delivered as promptly and as expected. I highly recommend this product for better health.
