Amazing response & great prompt service

This product is exactly as good as it is advertised it will do and the customer service received is outstanding. I have knee pain through Bone on Bone, hardly able to walk and after a month of drinking Hydroh Water, the inflammation had almost disappeared and I am now walking freely My Surgeon could not believe at how I am now walking around

I really love my Hydroh Bottle. This little bottle has increased my water intake significantly, making my physicians happy. The water has no taste but I find it perks me up in the morning, unsure why but that is how I feel. I cannot say enough good things about customer care. Amelia is fabulous, patient and caring. I messed my bottle up straight out of the box. She patiently worked with me until we resolved the issue. As I said I love my bottle and the benefits, however it would be worthwhile to me just have had the wonderful experience i had with customer care. This is a non solicited review as I rarely provide reviews.

Purchased two bottles we used several weeks with great results enjoyed the product much then then bubbling diminished I contacted customer service and was informed of how to use lemon lime juice or vinegar and warm water to take care of possible mineral buildup and to use spring or filtered water only quick response and I was asked to let customer service know if any further need. The bubbling came back some but not as originally I wished I had known or I had read properly how to clean from the get-go (which was my problem). Customer service wanted me to be completely satisfied and replaced both bottles after I sent a video to them demonstrating the restricted/ diminished bubbling no questions asked now that's customer service! I believe my overall body inflammation i.e. pain has decreased so I love the product!

Just got my bottles and of course had some beginner questions sent an email to them and got a quick reply and a very detailed explanation on how to use these. Had more beginner questions again sent email got another polite response and my questions were all answered clearly so I could understand. Their customer service is beyond great I am so impressed and grateful. My nephrologist is anxious to see if this helps me he was all on board. GREAT COMPANY

The team at Hydroh are incredible. Responsive, understanding and unquestioning. My mother's Hydroh bottle had malfunctioned, they asked us to send a video of the issue and quickly responded saying a replacement would be sent immediately. I myself have a Hydroh bottle which I use and enjoy daily. I cannot recommend this company enough.

They have great customer service. The response time is 24 hours or less.
