I won't speak to the quality of the product as I haven't used it yet, but based on all the research I did when choosing which bottle to go with, I'm not anticipating any issues. I will say however, the customer service has been top notch. I reached out via email and within a couple days I received a professional response and Customer Care Team member looked after me, more than I was expecting.

I believe in the product. The customer service representative took time and analyzed my product and resolved my request. It was an operator issue and not the product.

The most outstanding aspect of Hydroh has been the customer service. Amelia has been my contact and has exceeded my expectations for service and kindness.

I have had a large spot of psoriasis on my leg that would never heal(for about 2 1/2 years), started drinking my hydrogen water and within 2 weeks it was almost completely gone. I swear by this bottle, because I feel like it is the reason my psoriasis cleared. I haven’t had any in a few months, because my charging port stopped working, and still no psoriasis. They are sending a replacement, and I can’t wait to start drinking it again!
