I love my hydroh bottle but the best part is their superior customer service!

I was impressed with hydrobottle’s prompt response to my inquiry. Unfortunately the instructions were difficult to read and did not answer several of my questions. A quick text to hydro allayed my concerns about the liquid in the bottom of the bottle and difference between the green light and the blue light. Kudos for a prompt response.

Hydro bottle gave me the best experience ever I had told them I broke one bottle and the other one was stolen and for no cost at all they sent me a new bottle it's the best company I've ever dealt with in my life I'm so happy thank you hydro bottle!! Now I can get back to drinking nice pure and energetic water!!

I ordered 2 Hydroh bottles for me and the wife. After waiting 2 months i put a comment on social media about not receiving my order thinking it was a scam. I immediatley received a reply from Hydroh and was resent the order which arrived within 2 weeks. I can not thank them enough, there customer service is excelent. P.S the product is brilliant.

I contacted hydroh to see if they offered a replacement glass and if I could buy one. Their representative Amelia sadly said that they didn’t, but would be happy to replace one free of charge. I’ve contacted them before about a discount and they got right back to me and honored that as well. Very good customer service. Thank you so much Hydroh❤️

The time to get the product seemed long, and the instructions for charging and using it were vague. After speaking to customer service and sorting out the issues, the bottle has been wonderful. I sprained my knee right about the time that I started using it and it helped with the swelling of the knee and the arthritis in my hands. I have been using it faithfully for a couple of months and I dropped and shattered the bottle. While I am getting it replaced, my knee has started swelling an hurting again. I was also very tired and actually took a nap for the first time in a couple of months. I don't think that it is a coincidence. I borrowed the bottle from my daughter that I had given her and I will return it when I get my replacement.

They've satisfied all my needs when, after I received & began using the bottle, I accidentally dropped it & the glass bottle that was tucked securely in the carry sleeve, shattered. I reached out to customer service via email & got the reply that I had hoped for. Thank you!
