I contacted hydro bottle customer service this morning told him what happened with my product and they agreed by the end of the working day, they sent me a email saying they would give me a replacement part. This is awesome if this comes true. I will let you know and I will give another review. I love the product very well made and I've been feeling better because of the product. Thank you for your professionalism and let's say what happens next

I would like to give my sincere appreciation to customer support for replacing my Hydros bottle after breaking the glass portion of the Hydroh. Besides the health benefits of drinking hydrogen water, the Hydroh Bottle really helps me drink water. I contracted customer service on occasions and the experiences I had were wonderful. The customer service team definitely goes out of the way to make things right and values their customers.

Where do I start! I love this bottle, i used to take tablets but have found having this bottle has me consuming more water then i normally would. When the bottle is next to me it drive me to fill it, start it up, and then drink it all. I cannot recommend this bottle enough. I will also say the customer service has been awesome. One of the two bottle i ordered would not hold a charge. I reached out the the customer service rep (Amelia) who assisted me with some trouble shooting and within 48 hours, resolved my issue and had replacement bottle ordered wihtin 8 hours. This company to me is the standard of qaulity control, and customer support.

My experience with the Hydroh Bottle I was pleasantly surprised by the way i felt drinking the hydroh water i started to feel the benefit during the second week ...i even started sleeping much better i would recommend it to my friends and family.
