I charged the bottle for 2 hours or so.The light turned green so I figured it was a go.I turned it on,the light turned blue, no bubbles and it turned off after a minute or so. What's up with that? 4/22/26The company sent a new bottle and I 've only had it a few days,but it seems to be working as advertised. Customer service did respond.Now,hopefully the health benefits are as they say.

I was skeptical but the gym my husband was going to provided hydrogen water. They ended up shutting down so, I got my husband a jug/ bottle set. The website was not accurate and I brought it to their attention and they were able to assist via email. A few months later the base wouldn't make hydrogen anymore and then the base wouldn't turn back on. They got me out a replacement right away (once I was able to send a video to show the issue). There are a lot of brands out there and I did some research. One of the reasons I chose this company is because I remembered my husband telling me about this product a few years from hearing Gary Brecka ("prominent human biologist, biohacker, and longevity expert") probably on a Joe Rogan podcast.

I have been using the hydrohbottle for about a year now. After the first week, I started noticeing a reduce in back pain and inflammation. I had one problem with my hydrohbottle, but the customer service was very good and handled the problem quickly and without any issues. I am very happy to be with my hydrohbottle.

Although, I am yet to use this product. I am giving this company a 4 star only because one of the two items arrived broken. They responded quickly once I notified them and they immediately sent me a replacement.

Unfortunately leaked from the start. Advice from Amelia didn't work. Bottle quickly replaced.

The bottle took quite a long time to arrive but when it did eventually arrive , seems to be working ok. The instructions on charging the bottle could be better. As I’ve only been using it a few days, I can’t really comment on whether it’s made any difference to my health. I’m hoping it will and if so , I will recommend it to others.

I am glad I came across this bottle at a time that I am experiencing numbness and knee pain due to chemotherapy. I have been drinking water from the bottle following the cycle to make the water "hydrogen water" and there is a significant change, knee pain has stopped and I know as I continued everything will be completely gone. Thank u Hydroh.

After much debate with customer service requesting I make video of me plugging in Hydrohbottle showing it does not charge, and after leaving poor review on Trustpilot, they finally sent me a replacement. I had purchased 2 in my original order. One worked well, the other did not. Their return policy said no questions asks. Not true. But to their credit, my due diligence and 3 months of countless emails, I received a properly working bottle. As I said to customer service, this could have been resolved in the first week. Their product works well, their customer service does not. Argumentative.
