Same issue stated by RB March 2026 . I ordered 1 bottles. Charged me multiple times amounting to £400 taken from my account. Awaiting a refund. So fingers crossed. I will update on the sitiation

I tried to place an order on this site. Initially after giving information it appeared ok. However i noticed there was a steep increase on price at checkout. I did not complete the transaction but tried again from start, same thing only now the price was doubled. After attempts from the site requesting all my details several times I closed it down. I checked my bank details to ensure money was not taken. This was not apparent. Then the bank contacted me as there were about 10 transactions all with different amounts and a setup of ongoing future transactions between 2 and 3 monthly from this site. I spoke with the fraud dept of my bank and it appeared that my card had been compromised by the site. My card has been cancelled. i now would be very wary of using this particular one in future.

Got a defective bottle. Reached out to customer support for a refund they said they could do that and I pay for the shipping plus a restocking fee or keep the bottle and get 50% of what I paid put back on my card. Over a week and no response from the company they have no customer support and I feel like this company is a rip off. Do not order from this company if you get a defective bottle just be prepared to suck it up

If I could give it negative stars I would. First the product is junk. It's snake oil and doesn't work. Secondly they don't honor their refund and warranty policy. They put it in writing, and also showed me with screenshots of them attempting to refund a canceled credit card - without ever asking if the card was still valid - the card was lost. Today they said they would no longer honor what they put in writing, legally binding. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE either. I have it all in writing. They stole $190, got all of their bottles sent back on my own money, and now are saying no. Any suggestions?

It has been three months since return your product as of today date I have yet to receive my credit back on my credit card supply you with the shipping documentation to be told that it would take another ten day only for you to ignore me even though you have your bundle back at your warehouse and the 263.00 has not been refunded to me as of today date Feb26, 2026. Please send the fund back. This is not a company that I would refer to anyone. Good customer service is key.

Looks nothing like advertisement

La bouteille a fonctionné une fois. Depuis, je me bats avec l'IA du SAV car les frais de retour seraient à ma charge et IMPOSSIBLE, malgré mes demandes, de savoir dans quel pays se situe l'adresse qu'à l'on m'a donnée (apparemment pays asiatique). Donc, pour une gourde payée 89,00 euros - soit je la renvoie et on me rembourse 89,00 euros (et les frais de transport sont à ma charge, a priori considérables, mais impossible à évaluer précisément, tantqu'on ne me dit pas dans quel pays renvoyer le produit) - soit je garde le produit et on me rembourse 7 % du prix !!!! Aucune adresse sur le site... aucun contact. Bref, la gourde c'est le client.

I placed my order on 1.20.2026 and I have yet to receive it. The website says 1-3 days and it is well over that time. The telephone number listed for them only has a message advising to email them with no option for a representative.
