I got me and my mom a water bottle last year and mines broke last week. I emailed customer service and they are replacing it. I’m so excited and can’t wait to get my new one. This has been an added blessing. My overall health has greatly improved because of the regular use of drinking hydrogenated water. I’ve had my sister and friends purchase one as well. This company has top notch customer service. My first bottle was damaged in shipping. Hydroh responded super fast to my concern and immediately sent a new free of charge replacement. You can feel very comfortable dealing with them.

After much research, I chose to purchase the Hydroh bottle. It arrived quickly, the glass bottle was unbroken, and the unit worked perfectly. I would usually drink 3-4 bottles a day, and in less than the month I have owned it, I noticed that my joint pain has been improving. Sadly, my husband accidentally knocked it off the table and shattered the glass bottle. Hydroh’s customer service was fantastic helping me to get a replacement quickly. I am very impressed with this product and with their customer service. My husband is impressed too, and now wants his own Hydroh bottle!
