This company is a scam. We received two bottles early May and never opened then, sent back and still haven't received a refund. Keep getting a tracking number the tells me what I already know and that is the product was delivered to my house. It's not the question I am asking, did you get the order back with the order # and still nothing. I think they have AI bots that talk to you and say the same thing. Still waiting for our refund. Will contact better business bureau

I bought 2 of these. 1 came broken and when I contacted them about it, they sent me a cheap ass version. Not the one I paid for, but a cheap ass version that doesn't even work. It makes bubbles like fish tank.

Ordered 3 bottles from company, one came a month later from China and two others never arrived. Found out from a friend who ordered a bottle a few months ago that this bottle is DANGEROUS and produces chlorine and ozone in water when turned on. She put chlorine pool drops in water after using bottle and it was bright yellow showing chlorine in water!!! We told the company we wanted to return the one, of the three bottles, we received and they offered us a 20 percent refund when their website says they offer a full 30 day money back return policy! It has been back and forth telling us that the item came from Germany so it will cost us more to send it back than if we just take the 20 percent refund!!! The bottle comes from CHINA and they put a sticker over the CHINA sticker that has an Illinois return address. Still going back and forth telling them I want a full refund as their website state now they are offering me a 30 percent refund for 3 bottles- two of which never showed up. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND MONEY AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

This company is a joke. I ordered a bottle and it said a week to receive it and it took over a month. I contacted the company and told them to refund my money and they said they couldn’t because it had shipped. I told them to track it call whoever had it and send it back. Well they wouldn’t do that. I finally got it and it’s a joke. You’re paying for a glass bottle that lights up. I emailed them and told them I wanted a refund and said they can only issue a 70%refund. I still haven’t got my refund. This company is nothing but crooks stealing peoples money.

The bad reviews are spot on - comes from China and takes over 1 month. working with my cc company to dispute as I tried to cancel order as soon as they said it was coming from china. They would not let me cancel. then a month later it shipped from china so why couldn't they cancel order??????? emailed them to ship the box i finally received back. Here is email - Hydroh Bottle - you better not say you cannot find my order because I have ALL the receipts. Everyone contact BBB and their cc company. I've got to be honest – I'm pretty disappointed about my experience with Hydroh Bottle. Let me break it down for you: Back on February, I ordered three water bottles, expecting them to show up within around week, like the website promises. Fast forward to now, nothing received. No sign of my order. I reached out to Hydroh Bottle's customer support, and they told me they're swamped with orders and ran out of stock sooner than expected. When I asked again for an ETA, they hit me with the classic "We're still waiting for stocks and can’t advise on an ETA" line, without giving me any idea of when I can expect my order to arrive. And to top it off, they already took my money without delivering the goods. Not cool. I've asked for a refund, but who knows how long that'll take and if will be processed properly. Thanks, Georgi
