The bottle has no function. I wrote their customer support. After providing a video they told me that I can return the bottle to an address in America. The costs for this are very high. I live in Austria. I asked for a replacement or refund. Impossible for the company. So be careful and don‘t order!!!!

The company is a scam!!! They say 30days money back guarantee. I have contacted the company and for a refund. I was asked to sent it back to an address in Germany which either does not exist or it is wrong. Paid for the expense now they do not even pretend to understand not to understand what I am saying and keep haggling. Not to mention you can not leave the review on their own website. I raised that with them and they totally ignored. If they are lying about those things what else do they lie about. No wonder drinking from this bottle upset my stomach. What is in it? Bunch of scammers all round!

I wouldn’t give them a star at all. SCAM knock off bottle and company. This is not a company frankly they are called Drop Shippers with NO customer support. Tried canceling product within 12hrs. Written multiple emails to receive an email moments after my item was sent that it was too late. On the website it states items can be canceled before 24hrs after processing which is false. This all took place within the time frame. A copy and paste message was sent to me -“ Thank you for reaching out to Hydroh Bottle Customer Support. My name is______ and I am more than happy to assist you. Unfortunately, the order has already been processed. They processed the order minutes before sending this reply that it was too late. No cutsomer support what so ever. Don’t waste your time or money. Buy elsewhere!

I bought 3 hydrogen water jugs, 2 of which stopped working within 24 hours. The cap has water in it and wont come on, then rust stattes coming out of the charging port. I Contacted the company on 31Jul2024 and i have heard nothing. There website has absolutely no contact information.

I bought this bottle to add a second bottle to one that I had purchased from another company. The Hydroh bottle is AWFUL. The water smells so bad that I was afraid to taste it, even after running it 15 times to see if it would clear up. Also, the bubbles are very different from my other, more expensive bottle, which I received from Amazon in one day. The Hydroh bottle took weeks to get here from China. There's no way that I'm going to pay to send it back. It will land in my garbage - lesson learned. I'm not going to bother to test the amount of hydrogen, as the water will never be consumed, but I would bet that it's much lower than advertised. JMO.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The 30 day money back guarantee is a joke they will not honor it. I had an issue with my bottle that I purchased and when contacted they refused to refund me as I requested. They will charge you shipping to return the item that will cost more than the item itself. Their solution was to send another bottle which I did not want and refused to refund my order. Now I have 2 junk bottles that legit make your filtered or spring water taste like chemicals. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!

I brought 2 bottles, one worked for 3 monthes then it died. The other one never worked. My advise KEEP looking for other hydro bottle companies with good reviews.

This company is a scam. There is no refund available, no phone number to call. Just email that takes days and the agents ignore all your questions regarding refunds. DO NOT BUY. I'm filing complaint w credit card.
