Ordered on 11/2/2022. Charged on 11/2/2022. Not a word or support as of 11/20/2022 despite multiple emails. EDITED: I have received an email response on 11/21/2022. A refund is now being issued. I am raising the star from 1 to 3.

You had the special fittings I needed however some quick couplers were back ordered but your website didn’t say as such. The order arrived but missing the quick couplers. I received no information with the order explaining this, no email, no phone call so I assumed it was missing and a mistake and I had to contact your company. I did not have that time. It should noted when ordering if a product is back ordered and definitely noted when receiving a order.
