UGLY WIGS AND BAD SERVICE
WHEN I TELL YOU THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM I HAVE EVER SEEN AND THEY WILL NEVER OWN UP TO IT. MY WIGS WAS A HOT MESS. ONE HAD MATERIAL COMING OUT OF IT AND THE OTHER ONE HAD TWO DIFFENT KINDS OF HAIR. THEY ARE GOING TO TELL ME TO GIFT IT TO SOMEONE. I WOULD NOT GIFT IT TO MY TRASH CAN!!!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN IN LIFE. OH IT TOOK TWO MONTHS TO GET THE UGLY WIGS

Don't order from this website
Don't order from this website. They send garbage and expect you to love it and if you don't they only want to refund 20%. I paid extra to have the hair ship early for my wedding. It got to me late and it looks like crap. Putting the wig on I look like a cheap prostitute. Looks can be extremely deceiving, that's what happened to me. Please do not buy anything from the website!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! AGAIN, JUST DON'T! IT'S A SCAM! I RECIEVED DEFECTIVE AND WRONG MERCHANDISE. THEY REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING TO SEND BACK THEIR ITEMS. THEY OFFERED ME 20% REFUND, NOT THE FULL $59.87 I PAID. LETS PUT AN END TO THIS. REPORT THIS COMPANY AT econsumer.gov AND ALSO DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY OR BANK TO SEE IF YOU CAN GET A REFUND THROUGH A DISPUTE PROCESS. GOOD LUCK!

It’s been a month and I have not received items that were intended for my mother who suffers from alopecia. I reached out to them numerous times and no respond. Do not order from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HWINSTORE!!
After waiting 2 months to receive my buy 1 get one free wigs. They not only arrived in a different color! They look nothing like the picture! Also, the email address they left on the thank you post card is invalid! I have no way to return this crap!

THIS IS THE WORST WIGS I HAVE EVER SEEN! IT TOKE 7 WEEKS FOR THIS MESS TO ARRIVE? AND I HAVE BEEN EMAILING BACK AND FORTH WITH SOMEONE IN CHINA??? ABOUT THESE HORRRIFC WIGS, POORLY MADE, CLOSURE ARE ABSOLUTELY JUST RIGHT DOWN UGLY! AND I ASKED 5 TIMES TO RETURN AND RECEIVE MY MONIES AND I WAS GIVEN A CHINA ADDRESS. IF I WHERE TO SEND THEM BACK IT WOULD COST MORE THAN THE WIGS
