The chair used construction waste materials, the company does not take responsibility for how it broke, you can see what quality plywood the seat is made of

I regret ordering from this company. The chair arrived defective, and when I reached out for support, they blamed me instead of taking responsibility. I hadn’t even assembled it when I noticed a gap, and when I touched it, a part fell off. Despite explaining this, they refused to issue a return or refund. Their customer service is unhelpful and dismissive. Save yourself the trouble and buy from a more reliable seller.

Ordered a desk chair and received an obviosly used one. I asked for a discount or replacement of damaged parts. They initially said yes and asked for more pictures. After getting more pictures they said to send it back and get a refund once they receive it. Stay away.
Response from HuzaroOct 13, 2026
Dear Ovidiu, we deeply apologize for that situation. We would love to learn more about your case and clarify it. We kindly invite you to contact us through the contact form on our official website.
