I'm very surprised to see a similar rating as after contacting our support my colleague Giovanni shared all the information associated with your plan's renewal that was correctly used for several months on your end. On a monthly basis you received an email with the invoice linked to your plan's renewal: the monthly renewal date was also provided when performing the first upgrade as we always list the renewal date, cancellation procedure and Terms of Service. We were happy to apply a goodwill gesture and also issue a refund for the 2 unused months and you were very satisfied with the flexibility we shown. It's very sad that a similar review was left after a support conversation where we went the extra mile to assist you. Hi Em, Samara here from Hunter. Sorry to hear about your experience. We genuinely care about user experience and I'd just love to further explain why you may have had this problem with your account getting blocked. This does happen when using VPN especially when an IP is blacklisted in our system. We take security very seriously so we blocked the access to allow us to investigate. However, changing the IP or removing the VPN would have allowed you to use Hunter normally. I hope I helped to clarify on some of the points above.
