Hello, sorry for the inconvenience. Our items are delivered within 4 to 9 days. All orders from December 18th to December 27th were delayed in delivery. The reason for that is the delivery time of the courier companies due to the peak season. USPS Tacking indicates that your parcel will be delivered tomorrow. The Buy 3 Get 2 offer works when you put 5 items in the cart at the same time and this automatically works as a discount. We noticed that you bought 4 items first and then bought a new item as a second order, that's why the discount didn't work. But we gave you refund for 2 items.
