This app sucks they changed it now you must pay in advance no cash Love the pizza I will never eat again App sucks.

Took 20 minutes to get acknowledged to pick up our order which was ready. Very disappointed, usually has better service.

The last 3 times I’ve tried to order pizza, the website has charged my card and not confirmed the order. I call them, they are aware this happens and don’t care. They don’t fix it and wont take the order. Then they want you go through their crap advertisements and automated system to place the order again through their phone line. So they waste your time, charge your card, and think you should waste more time with them for mediocre pizza. I hate that my mom used to like them so I occasionally went for her. But I’m done with companies that don’t care about service or competence.

My order was for pickup, 15 min. I got there, no order ready. No one knew what happened to it. Maybe was delivered, no idea. They asked 5 times what i ordered. Large deepdish meat lovers, large antipasto salad, ranch. They found the salad. Made a new pizza. 45 min later. No flavor on crust, one pkg French dressing. Very sad. Not one apology.

Definitely need NEW staff at this location, not the first time I went there and thought wtf. Tried to order online from the parking lot at 9:20 it didn't go through, so I walked in and was greeted with a face of disgust. He said what's the name of the order, I said it didn't go through online I just want 1 Large Pepperoni. He said I'm out of large right now and I said no problem, medium or small whatever you have. His reply was I'm trying to close up early and I don't think I have any dough left for tonight. What BS, you're supposed to be open until 10pm and you're just being lazy dude!!!

I ordered from the location in Mount clemens bread was dry cold and too much cheese I wasted my money and it took over an hour too come I would never order again from this business

I made an order on line with the hungry howies app. I have a flyer that was mailed to me. The flyer says that any online order over 15.00 would qualify for free Howie bread. I was not able to enter the free Howie bread in the app, so I called the store and was told they would adjust the bill at the store. They did not adjust my bill for free Howie bread.

Sausage pizza had literally 10 ps of sausage I spent 50$ for one small pizza One large pepperoni and 8 wings It tasted like cardboard not good
