This company is a scam! Do not trust this company!

They make it unclear that you have to pay monthly for the service and they also make it impossible to cancel the monthly VIP service without contacting them through chat or phone call. If you cancel the VIP service before making 3 orders, they charge you what you would have saved using VIP.

It’s a complete scam!! If you try and cancel then they charge you!

BEWARE scam company - Ordered hair gummies with a promo code. Never arrived. Sent request for refund and was told no reply for 72 hours, AND I would be charged $13 because it signed up for a subscription service that was not disclosed. Directed to cancel, but there’s no way to on website. I had to contest with bank and currently under investigation.

Absolute scam of a company You cannot get out of the subscription and they attempt to charge you for past savings which is the wildest business model I've ever heard. Useless customer support and they will attempt to overcharge you. I just want to cancel my subscription, I don't want these products anymore and instead they make you pay for them even though end up in the trash. No one should be ingesting any products by a company that forces its customers into spending money like this. There are plenty of other vitamin brands out there that don't do this.

As per all other reviews this company is a scam. Tricks you into a contract then charges in U.S dollars without telling you. Never order from them.

SCAMY BUSINESS PRACTICES Sign up offer unclearly locks you into a subscription and then they won’t let you cancel and threaten to “back charge” the discount. Who does that?

Since I have to pick a star I will give them one. Too bad there aren’t negative stars! This company is a joke! Clearly their products must suck (just started using mine for a couple weeks no real difference lots bloating, actually) but the fact they need to keep people subscribed must mean no one comes back! I was going to actually order more if I ended up liking the other products I got, but not anymore. Scam, scam and more scam to take more money from their customers! I asked to cancel and she said I got a deal and to cancel would charge me 41.99$ okay dispute that with my bank! Beware …… RUN if you don’t want to get locked in and find a probiotic and hair supplement that doesn’t try to get more out of you.
