Your blood pressure monitor program sucks. Facial recognition is faulty at best. Have not been able to log in for a week

The band could not track me on the…
The band could not track me on the machine I use in the morning. The band created a rash on my wrist. It also did not track my running heartbeat. They kept on sending messages to "drink water you deserve it" I drink over a half gallon of water a day. I went to return the wrist bad and they said that only 20% of my money was going to be returned. Contrary to the website. Find a better band.

We also support Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs with medical devices such as blood pressure monitors and other connected medical devices. We do not sell consumer fitness bands directly to individuals. The concerns mentioned in this review regarding the fitness band's tracking, running heart rate, hydration messages, wrist rash, and the 20% refund do not relate to HumHealth or any product or service provided by our company. Since HumHealth does not sell the type of consumer fitness band described in this review, the refund policy mentioned is also not applicable to our business. Excellent chronic care management app
Excellent software for chronic care management. Billing concerns with Medicare patients which can be quite the headache. HUMHEALTH makes this so much easier. I found it easy to use and accessible anywhere. Makes non face to face interaction easy.
