Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We want to clarify that Instant Funding payout information is publicly available and clearly displayed on our website. Our full payout structure, including any guidelines and commission breakdowns, can be found in the top navigation bar under: Payout Guidelines & Commissions https://www.humblefunding.co/payout-guidelines-&-comissions We also reached out directly to you to better understand your concern, but unfortunately we did not receive any additional details that would help us investigate further. Transparency is extremely important to us, which is why our payout terms are published and accessible before purchase. If there is something specific you believe is unclear or missing, we would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to review it and improve the clarity. Please feel free to contact us directly at [email protected] so we can address your concern properly. – Humble Futures Funding Team

hank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We genuinely appreciate all feedback, as it helps us improve and better serve our traders. We’d like to clarify that while we offer accounts through Rithmic, NinjaTrader and Rithmic are separate platforms, and we do not currently advertise NinjaTrader support. That said, we understand how this could have been frustrating, and we want you to know that NinjaTrader support is something we are actively discussing for the future. Regarding our Discord, our goal is to create an open space where traders can ask questions, report issues, and receive timely support. While problems can arise—as they do with any platform—we strive to address them as efficiently and transparently as possible. Most importantly, we’d really value the opportunity to earn a second opinion from you. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience or address your concerns directly, we’d love to hear it. Whether that’s walking you through our setup, offering access to ONYX (our TradingView-based platform), or simply answering questions, we’re more than happy to help. Thank you again for your honesty, and we hope to have the chance to turn this into a better experience for you. -Humble Futures Funding Team

Hello Naga, We’re sorry to hear you feel this way and appreciate your feedback. To clarify, Humble Funding does not flag or deny payouts for using dollar-cost averaging (DCA) as a trading strategy. We only flag DCA abuse — which refers to intentionally using rapid, repeated entries and exits to bypass our scalping or high-frequency trading (HFT) rules. We pride ourselves on being one of the most lenient firms in the industry. We offer free resets, allow continued trading even after violations, and are always willing to reanalyze accounts if a trader believes an error was made. If you’d like our analysis team to review your trades again, just email [email protected] with your account details. And feel free to ask our active community on Discord — transparency is core to what we do. Best regards, The Humble Funding Team

Hi John, Thank you for your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. To clarify, the discount code HMBL90 you used is specifically designated for Standard Path plans, as clearly outlined on our website and checkout pages. It appears the code was mistakenly applied to an Express Path product, which unfortunately is not eligible for that level of discount. Our system automatically flagged this mismatch and promptly refunded the order to ensure transparency and fairness for all traders. We understand you were looking forward to trading, and it’s never our intention to cause confusion or disappointment. Our support team also reached out to guide you toward the appropriate options so you can continue your journey with us on the right track. At Humble Futures Funding, we’re committed to maintaining a fair and honest evaluation environment for everyone, and we sincerely hope to earn back your trust in the future. Wishing you the best in your trading journey, The Humble Futures Funding Team

Dear Rahim, Thank you for reaching out to us. We sincerely regret that we could not meet your expectations regarding your recent refund request. While we strive to accommodate various situations, we maintain a strict refund policy for subscription updates, as outlined in our Terms of Service & FAQ. To address your concern, we would like to clarify that all subscription cancellations must be initiated via email or through a support ticket in Discord, as specified in our FAQ. You mentioned that you had previously canceled your subscription; however, after a thorough review of our records, we were unable to locate any cancellation request submitted via email or through our support ticket system. Please rest assured that we keep a detailed record of all cancellation requests to ensure transparency and to prevent any discrepancies. As soon as we received your request, our support team promptly canceled your subscription and provided you with confirmation via email. While we regret that we could not issue a refund in this instance, we want to assure you that your account remains active and ready for trading at your convenience. Additionally, our support team is here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. We truly value your business and hope to provide you with a positive experience moving forward.
