This company is a scam. I ordered a product on April 21st. They had told me that the item had shipped and that I should receive it soon. Shortly after I received an email from someone at the company saying there was “a flood and that tons of products were damaged”. My response to that was “Well if my item had already shipped then why would it had been affected?” I received no response. Now every time I email them asking for an update I receive the exact same generic response which I’m assuming is automatic since even if I reply to the automatic message I just receive the same automatic message again. It is now June 12 and no product. They will not refund my money because they say my item has already shipped. Where is my product? AVOID!!!

I agree with these reviews! I never buy through click bait ads but I did it this time and I'm so sorry. Waiting on my order for 2 months. They say it was shipped. Shipping company (rogue shipping co) says they are waiting on the order. Humble Crate refuses to refund my money while order is in transit. Thats BS and not how real companies handle things. Looks like none of us will get our orders or our money back.

Gotta be a fake company. Ordered April 14th. Nothing received. To their credit they are very dedicated to their scam. They've sent several tracking numbers that didn't exist, fabricated a flooded warehouse in Florida, and have now found a valid tracking number to send out that claims my package is sitting in the post office in Inglewood California since May 22nd. They respond to my emails saying be patient and give me a tracking number, but refuse a refund. My family has ordered dozens of items during this pandemic and received every single one with barely a delay. That they keep blaming covid is ridiculous since no one else seems to have this problem.

This is a scam. No puzzle after 3 months from payment. Tracking info never moved in 7 weeks. BS and useless customer service emails say they’ll update once tracking is initiated (so never). At one point they said package was lost but then say they cancel cancel order it initiate refund till I get the package. It’s a straight up scam if they won’t even discuss a reasonable refund policy. They are infuriating. BEWARE!!!!

Like everyone else, they took my money and never sent the product. its been 3 months.tracking is never updated. in transit for weeks allegedly.

Pathetic customer service...well really lack thereof. I made multiple attempts to cancel my order (that was placed in April 20). Never responds, THEN magically a day later I get an email saying my order has shipped and since it’s been processed I cannot cancel. I call BULLSH*T. It seems many people have ordered products off of ads seen on Facebook/Instagram (it’s all the same company now y’all). Some accountability on their part needs to be had here for allowing a fraudulent company to have advertisements on their social media platform. While I will survive with the loss of the $35, it’s the principle of the issue at hand. It’s a fraudulent company stealing people’s hard earned money.

I ordered a puzzle on 4/30. Never received. They send tracking information that is fake! BUYER BEWARE!
