Same story as everyone else. They send me the same email and nothing is being done. Thankfully I purchased through PayPal and I have escalated it to them. Terrible company. My husband ordered the same puzzle from a different company after me and got it almost a month ago. I ordered in April. Hopefully this gets resolved soon and they get shut down. Crooks!

Add my name to the list of suckers who fell for the cool ad on Instagram. Exact same issues: tracking number says shipment is in Inglewood CA since 4/29. After a dozen emails from me, "Fran" says she's so sorry but my package was "lost in transit". Instead of issuing the refund that I've requested five times, they send me "new" tracking information that is actually the same tracking number they gave me before, only this time the package is at a shipping partner facility in Bloomington CA. Not sure how they reused a tracking number on a package that got lost in transit, but ok. I have now filed a complaint report with the FTC and PayPal for fraudulent charges and never receiving my order. I would encourage every one of you to do the same, at least with the FTC, and maybe enough complaints will get some attention. If you didn't use PayPal, you could file a complaint with your bank or credit card company. Whatever you do, don't let them get away with it.

Like all the others, I ordered in April and was told it was delivered on June 5 (it was not). Total scam, DO NOT ORDER from this fake company!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. Like many of the others who posted here, I have paid a bunch of money for nothing but aggravation and a runaround. Despite contacting them several times (by email because they don't answer their phones) to ask the status of my order, I keep getting form letter responses. "Your package has been shipped. Please allow 7-10 business days." "We had a flood in the warehouse." "We can't give you a refund because your package was already shipped." "Here's an update on your shipping" only to find there is no update. They have not offered to track the package or replace it. They don't even address me by my name but rather the name of the person to whom the package is being shipped. Also have never heard of the shipping company (17track.net). My favorite is their website...there is a tab dedicated to "Happy Customers" and guess what? IT'S BLANK. They are scam artists. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I placed an order 2 months ago. Every email I send gets a copy-pasted useless response to give it another 7-10 days. A tracking number was generated a month ago but hasn't arrived at the USPS facility. I asked for an order cancelation a week after I placed it, no response. I called their customer support line, it has no agents just a recorded message to send an email. Luckily, I used PayPal so I'm waiting for them to get a refund (which will take another month)

Total scam. Buyer beware. You will never get your order.

Horrible!! Wish I could give 0 stars. Never received my order. The company won't respond to my emails. Do not order from this place EVER!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. No tracking numbers work, nothing received, I'm no longer expecting anything to actually be shipped. Dont waste your money here.
