I ordered a puzzle almost 5 months about. It still has not been delivered. I’ve requested a refund 6 times now and they have yet to refund my money or respond to my request. Months ago when they did decide to respond they said the item was shipping 2 months after ordering and yet that item still says sitting in California as it has been for the last 5 months! Do not waste your money on this scam of a company.

Ordered item on April 12, 2020 - have received nothing to date. Website is a shell advertising stuff made in China. They wait until they get enough orders for a particular listing then place the order overseas. Have no control over shipping, quality, etc. Don't waste your time or money - little chance of receiving your item and ZERO chance of a refund. Buyers beware.

Ordered one item on 20 April 2020. Received shipping notice on May 17, 2020. Here it is June 23, 2020, item still in transit! 2 requests for a refund have not been acknowledged. I'll update if/when received. :/ PS. finally received the package on 3 July! .

ZERO STARS. Received my puzzle after 2 months of no one returning emails. No way to contact them, or cancel the order. Who runs this company?

Ordered a puzzle on April 21 and finally received it on June 20. I had my doubts that this was a legitimate company, though I will never order from them or any similar company. This company has horrible shipping. They send tracking numbers that do not work. Their customer service is lacking. They can’t provide specific answers to your questions.

Worst experience ever!!!! I would give them negative stars if I could! I made a purchase over 2 months ago, and still haven't received it. Over a month ago I got an email showing it had possibly shipped from a city 22 miles from my house. I contact them, all they do is give me the same tracking info...no actual help. I then ask for a refund, and am told no because it already shipped. Although the tracking didn't even say it had for sure. Now suddenly the tracking shows it shipped to a city 399 miles from my house. I contact them again asking for an explanation. Their response...your order is processing, and yet again am given the same non helpful tracking info. Will I ever get my package???? Somewhat doubtful!!!

Ordered a puzzle on April 20 to keep busy while quarantined. In May I started to get concerned. I call customer service, says check online. No people to talk to. In June i start emailing for a refund. They said it shipped and got some number. I said it hasn't moved in a week, maybe its under a table?? Well it moved from California to Seattle. Sat there for over a week. Now they claim its in Indiana. I'll call my card company and see if i can get a refund. I never order without reviews, I must have been sleeping
