Somehow I subscribed to the monthly plan without an account or email (yes, apparently it's possible). I've tried to reach the support several times about subscription cancellation through their form on the web site and through email, but there is just no response, so that I'm stuck with monthly payments for a service that i literally don't have.
I guess I'll need to order a new card to get rid of these payments and to forget about this "service", which is probably a scam.

Hello Menaka,
Can you share more about what you didn't like about our software?

Charged after cancelation
They charged my account even after I cancelled the subscription. Nobody ever tried to contact me back after I submitted a ticket for help.
p.s. Well it is interesting that humanize.ai reacted, 11 days after my review here on trustpilot. They certainly did not do that when I contacted them personally.
to "humanze.ai" - I did not use same username as here (and/or surname as you assume), for your services. Also I definitely did not mistake you for another service!

Hello Mr. Ostraq, we requested information from you through TrustPilot and did not obtain a response. In addition, we have no customers with the last name "Ostraq" or with that email. Did you happen to use a different service and confuse us with them?

This definitely seems like a scam
This definitely seems like a scam. Using just the free version (don't bother looking for my profile with you, Humanize, it doesn't exist), the text it produces is still easily recognizable by any ai detector. As well, their partner site "aichecker.com," is essentially just a platform for fear mongering people into buying their product, as it will tell you that pretty much anything with academic undertones was written by ai. That might be an easy way to get customers, but what about the students who actually wrote their papers and are now failing their classes because this scanner is telling the teachers their paper is fake? It's a bad game.
Regarding all the positive reviews, none of them are A) very lengthy, or B) written in proper English. This likely means most of the reviews are fake, and the ones that aren't are written by people who wouldn't even know if the text Humanize gave them was actually legible. Either way, I wouldn't trust this site. If you've gone this far into this review, you're probably the cautious type who will heed my warning.
