Human Capital VenturesReviews of humancapitalventures.com

I had the opportunity to work with Human capital ventures recently for a job position at an EV start up. They were very professional and helpful right from Day 1 of our association. Dayne helped me with the job advert and other details of the role. She was very prompt with her response to any of the concerns I had throughout the whole process. Dayne and Phil helped me prep for the interviews and were very thorough in their analysis of the job. Dayne also helped during the negotiations and kept me in the know about everything and was very transparent with the discussion. She gave regular updates and was on the same page till I started. HCV were very helpful and resourceful in my job search and I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for a job.

I had the pleasure of working with Human Capital Ventures, and I must say, their professionalism and dedication exceeded my expectations. When I was eager to transition into the e-mobility sector, Phil Ringrow and his team were instrumental in helping me secure a Senior Program Management position at a promising Electric Vehicle startup. Their proactive approach was evident throughout the process, from meticulously bringing in timely feedback after each interview round to effectively bridging communication between me and the EV OEM. Their support was crucial not just in landing the job but also in ensuring a smooth transition into my new role. Phil Ringrow stands out not just as a recruiter but as a mentor in the field. His guidance through the complexities of job searching in the specialized area of e-mobility was invaluable. I highly recommend Human Capital Ventures for anyone looking to make a significant career move, especially in niche and technologically advanced fields like electric vehicles. Their personalized approach, combined with a deep understanding of the industry, makes them an ideal partner in any job search journey.

Having spent a year out of work due to personal issues I was sceptical about my ability to return to full time work and whether employers would be interested in taking me onboard. However, it was an immense release when Philip from Human Capital Resources reached out to me about potential opportunities I may be interested in. Philip was great at evaluating my previous experience and determining my suitability for select roles. It was clear Philip had a good understanding of the the duties at my previous role and how these skills could be transferred to these new opportunities. Philip kept in constant communication from the get-go, ensuring I was comfortable and interested in the positions. I was also comfortable explaining my circumstances to Philip and felt reassured throughout the whole process. Philip was keen for me to interview with potential employers and even took the time to set up several phone calls with myself beforehand to brief me on the company, who I would be interviewing with, what I can expect from the interview and even some of the questions I should ask the employer. This really helped me put my mind at ease as interviews can always be daunting. Philip’s assistance helped me feel comfortable and confident and I was grateful to have someone support me. It truly felt as though he had gone the extra mile for me. With Philip’s assistance I have been able to secure a full time position and I am excited to start this new chapter in my working career. Philip has continued to remain in contact even after securing the position, ensuring that I receive all the necessary paperwork and information I need to start work and has assured me he remains available should I have any further questions. I am truly grateful for Philip and Human Capital Resources’ assistance in finding me work and would absolutely recommend their services.
