I cant get away from them fast enough. Daily harassing phone calls with stupid questions they hardly cover anything the copays are ridiculous i am on disability how do u think i can afford all the copays they charge terrible customer service i am just done

I've had this plan for three months now. So far, so good. My MAJOR complaint is that they call me EVERY DAY, sometimes TWO or THREE times a day. What nitwit(s) at the corporate level think this is acceptable? They've already been sued in a class action suit for this harassment.

After 2 phone calls and over one hour of being put on hold, I got answers to 2 questions and 1 incorrect answer. The other 2 may be correct but only time will tell. Member services is from a foreign country using badly trained operators. I just signed up with Humana and will be, in 2 weeks, begging my former insurance company to take me back. Big mistake!
