According to the website, the watch should be delivered within 14 days after shipping, which was not completed. Besides the delay, the only reply I got to my emails were probably automated, since the responses were the same, but reorganised. After my watch came, I noticed that I received a watch with a somewhat medium, but visible scratch on the glass. I did email the company, but no response. You will find the same products on temu, but way cheaper.
