Comfortable socks FINALLY! Quick delivery, easy ordering. I would prefer recyclable packaging but glad they use USPS.

The socks are too tight and super thin. They’re closer to nylons than socks. I donated them I was so unsatisfied. They’re closer fact that I have to tell you not to load cookies onto my system here is consistent with my experience of your product.
Response from Hugh Ugoli SocksFeb 7, 2025
Dear Robert, We’re sorry to hear that our socks didn’t meet your expectations. Our socks are finely knitted with 240 needles, making them one of the highest-density knit socks available. This tight weave ensures durability, softness, and a premium feel. Their thin yet high-quality structure is designed to provide a snug fit while maintaining breathability and comfort. We recommend ensuring the size aligns with your foot measurements, as our socks are made from materials that naturally stretch and adapt to the shape of your feet over time. If you had reached out to our customer support team, we would have gladly offered a full refund, as we stand behind our products and customer satisfaction. Since 2016, we've sold over 5 million pairs and take pride in delivering quality socks. That said, we truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve. Best Regards,
Jolene B.

The socks are very comfortable but keep slipping down in my shows
Response from Hugh Ugoli SocksJan 10, 2025
Dear Anne, Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you find the socks comfortable, but we're sorry to learn that they aren't staying up as expected. Our diabetic socks are designed with a non-constricting fit to ensure comfort and circulation, which might affect how they stay up depending on individual needs. We recommend ensuring the size is the best match for your requirements. We're here to help make sure you have the best possible experience with our products. Best Regards,
Savoy
I’ve had a lot of trouble with socks bunching at the toe and hurting my diabetic feet. If they do stay up, the band around the top is tight, and I worry about clotting and edema. I recently bought Hugh Ugoli ladies’ thin socks and thicker bamboo ones. I’m so pleased with them. Comfy, soft, not constricting at the top, but they don’t bunch. No seam at the toe. I’m throwing away all my old socks (some of them are actually brand new) and only wearing Hugh Ugolis. They’re just perfect for showing some love to my neuro-pathetic feet!

Dear Suzanne Thank you for sharing your experience! We're thrilled to hear that our Hugh Ugoli socks are providing relief and comfort for your neuropathic feet. It's great to know that they fit well without bunching or constricting, especially given your specific needs. We appreciate your decision to make our socks your go-to choice, and we look forward to continuing to provide you with the comfort and quality you deserve. Best Regards,
