Great diabetic socks! They are the first ones I have found that don't squeeze my ankles but still stay up. Bought 3 to try them out. Was so pleased I bought 3 more packs!

Socks slipped down often and worst return policy. ! Can only return unopened socks, unless damage damaged damaged?! Also have to pay for return shipping if buying directly from this company?! I wouldn’t buy from this company again, especially with that return policy
Response from Hugh Ugoli SocksSep 8, 2025
Dear KC, We’re sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied with your purchase. As we discussed, we provided a prepaid return label for the unopened package and promptly issued your refund. For hygiene reasons, we’re only able to accept returns of unused socks, but we always try to make the process as smooth and fair as possible. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to improve. Best regards,
Gail G.
