So far they have been very professional with me. To me that’s huge, I hate when I call a place and they answer your phone call in a rude way. I understand we all got bills to pay, but show some respect… ok so that’s 1. Another thing is that they helped me lower my interest rate and now my monthly payments are lower. And so far I haven’t experienced any issues.
